Where we ship

We ship to the locations available at checkout. If your address is not supported, you will not be able to complete your order.

Tracking your order

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display the first scan.
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members and neighbors and wait 24 hours in case of a late scan. Then contact us.

Split shipments

To deliver items as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and there is no additional shipping charge beyond what you paid at checkout.

Address changes and cancellations

• We begin processing right away. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at [email protected].
• We cannot guarantee changes after an order is submitted, especially once it has shipped.

Delivery details

• Most deliveries do not require a signature. The carrier may leave the package in a secure location at the delivery address.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and accessible. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply) or a refund for the items. Original shipping fees are not refundable once an order has shipped.

Delays and exceptions

• Transit times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, peak seasonal volume, or carrier disruptions).
• If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will email you with the next steps.
