Orders

How do I place an order?

Select your size and color on the product page, add to cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order has not entered packing or shipment, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible.

I entered the wrong address—what should I do?

Email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. We can’t reroute packages once they’re in transit.

Sizing & Fit

Each product page includes size and fit notes where available. For the best fit:

  • Compare the listed measurements to a similar garment you already own.
  • If you’re between sizes, many customers prefer sizing up for a relaxed fit.
  • Still unsure? Email us with your typical size and body measurements for a recommendation.

Shipping

We move fast. Most orders ship within 1 business day, and standard shipping is $6.99 per order. Transit typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to locations shown at checkout. If your address is not supported, contact us and we’ll advise on options.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time we offer standard shipping only.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate with the carrier.

Tracking says delivered but I can’t find my package—what now?

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or your household.
  • Look for a delivery notice and check alternate drop-off spots.
  • If still missing after 2 business days, email us so we can help investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Returns are accepted by request, subject to the conditions below.

How do I start a return?

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, include clear photos of the issue.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order for the size or color you want. We’ll process your refund once we receive and inspect the return.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • The standard shipping fee of $6.99 is non-refundable unless we made a shipping error or the item is defective.
  • Items not returned in original condition may be refused or receive a partial refund at our discretion.
