1. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We keep it simple. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our total delivery window is typically 3 to 8 business days. This is broken down into:

  • Handling Time: 1 - 3 business days.
  • Transit Time: 2 - 5 business days.

What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing on the following Monday.

Which carriers do you use?

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your fashion finds arrive safely and quickly.

2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you aren't in love with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund—no restocking fees, no hassle.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No! At Coremensfashion, we believe returns should be stress-free. We cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label that you can download and print at home.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Anchorage facility, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

3. Orders & Tracking

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can follow your package’s journey in real-time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly, you must request changes or cancellations before our 5:00 PM (EST) cut-off time. Please email [email protected] immediately with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • PayPal (including PayPal Pay Later installments).
  • Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe and Airwallex.

How do I know which size to choose?

Each product page for our women’s clothing includes specific sizing notes. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or contacting us for specific garment measurements.
