Ways to Pay

Checkout Security

• No full card storage: We do not store full card numbers. Card data is tokenized and handled by our payment processors.
• Fraud protection: Orders may be automatically screened. We may contact you for a quick verification if something looks unusual.

If Your Payment Fails

A decline can happen for several reasons (address mismatch, insufficient funds, expired card, bank security rules, or connection timeouts). Here’s what to try:

• Check billing details: Ensure your billing address, name, and postal code match your bank’s records.
• Try again: Re‑enter details carefully or try another card or PayPal.
• Call your bank: Ask them to approve the transaction and check for security blocks.
• Contact us: Email [email protected] with the date/time of the attempt and any error message. We can help review the order attempt.

Pending or Reversed Charges

• Card authorizations: Some banks show a temporary authorization hold even if an attempt fails. These usually clear automatically within a few business days, depending on your bank.
• Multiple attempts: If you retried payment, you may see more than one pending entry. Only successful captures are kept; any extra holds should drop off.

Additional Notes

• You may see our store name or our payment processor’s name on your statement.
• Your card issuer or PayPal may apply their own fees or currency conversion if applicable.
• For security, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order and issue a prompt refund if a payment cannot be verified.
