Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 calendar days from the date your tracking number confirms delivery to initiate a return request.

  • Calculation of the Window: The window begins the day the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) marks the package as "Delivered."
  • Late Returns: Requests made after the 30-day period cannot be accepted by our system. We encourage you to try on your garments immediately upon arrival to ensure they meet your needs.

To maintain the high standards of our women’s clothing collection, we require that returned items remain in their original "boutique" condition.

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Garments must not show signs of wear, stretching, or laundering.
  • Original Tags Attached: All brand tags, price tags, and hygiene seals (where applicable) must remain securely attached in their original positions.
  • Free of Stains and Scents: We cannot accept items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or odors such as perfume, smoke, or detergent.
  • Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original clear protective bag to ensure it remains clean during transit.

4. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

We have streamlined our return process to ensure you can handle it from the comfort of your home. We utilize a Download and Print system for our prepaid labels.

Credit Appearance: While we release the funds within 7 days, your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.

6. Return Shipping Costs: We Pay for It

Unlike many retailers, Coremensfashion covers the full cost of the return journey. When you use our provided prepaid label the shipping fee is $0.00, insurance is covered, and tracking is linked to your original order.

If you choose to return an item using a carrier of your own choice rather than our prepaid label, please note that we cannot reimburse those costs.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours. We will expedite a replacement or provide a full refund. We may ask for a clear photo of the defect to help us improve our quality control.

8. Exchanges

To receive your new size or color as quickly as possible, we operate an "Order-Return" exchange system: Place a new order for the desired item and follow the standard return process for the original item to receive your 100% refund.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned: Items marked as "Final Sale", intimates/swimwear where the hygiene seal has been broken, and gift cards.

You may use any secure, waterproof shipping mailer. Ensure the garment is protected inside with a plastic bag.

You will receive an automated email notification once our warehouse team in Anchorage scans your package as "Received."
