We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within our window below. Please review the conditions carefully before sending anything back.

Sets and multipacks must be returned in full. Items showing wear (deodorant, fragrance, pet hair, stains, alterations, or odors) are not eligible.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
  3. Pack items securely. Include the packing slip or a note with your order number.
  4. Ship using a trackable service. Keep your receipt and tracking number.

The return address will be provided in your authorization email.

Exchanges

Size or color exchanges are welcome within 30 days if the item is in original condition and stock is available. We will confirm availability and any applicable shipping charges before releasing the replacement. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective.
  • For approved damaged/incorrect items, we will cover or reimburse standard return shipping; please include your postage receipt.
  • We do not accept COD deliveries, and we are not responsible for lost returns without proof of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue and your order number. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund and provide return instructions as needed.

Packaging & Condition Checklist

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition
  • No odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Original packaging included (e.g., polybags, branded boxes)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
