Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Coremensfashion, we take pride in our rapid fulfillment process to ensure your apparel arrives within our promised 3–8 business day window.

Because of this efficiency, the window for canceling or changing an order is very narrow. This policy outlines the specific requirements and timelines for modifying or stopping an order.

1. The Cancellation Window

To ensure your order is processed and shipped within our 1–3 day handling period, we adhere to a strict daily synchronization with our logistics hubs.

  • • Before the Cut-Off: You may request a cancellation or change at any time before our daily order cut-off of 5:00 PM (EST) on the day the order was placed.
  • • After the Cut-Off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) enter our automated fulfillment queue for the following business day. Once an order has moved into the "Processing" or "Handling" stage, we are unable to guarantee a cancellation.

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

If you realize you have made an error in your order, please contact our support team immediately.

Information Needed: Your full name, order number, and the specific reason for the cancellation or change.

3. Order Modifications

Address Changes

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

  • If the order has not been processed: We will update the address for you at no charge.
  • If the order has already shipped: We cannot change the destination of a package once it is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or FedEx. In this case, the customer may need to contact the carrier directly.

Item, Size, or Color Changes

Due to our inventory management system, we cannot "swap" items within an existing order once it has been placed.

Recommended Action: We suggest canceling the incorrect order (if within the window) and placing a new order for the correct item/size.

4. Cancellation After Shipping

If your order has already been assigned a tracking number, we cannot cancel the order.

The Solution: Please wait for the package to arrive and follow our Return Policy. Since we pay for return shipping, you will not incur any costs.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Full Refund: 100% refund of the purchase price and shipping fees ($6.99).

Processing Time: It may take 3 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

6. Orders Cancelled by Coremensfashion

On rare occasions, JOHN THOMAS YOUNG may find it necessary to cancel an order. Reasons include:

  • Inventory Discrepancy: Out of stock or fails quality control.
  • Security/Fraud Flag: Payment processor identifies high risk.
  • Incomplete Address: Shipping address identified as invalid by carriers.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email immediately and a full refund will be issued.
