Order Cancellation Policy

We move fast so your style arrives on time. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order advances through processing.

When can I cancel?

How to request a cancellation

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel Order.” Include:

  • Order number
  • Name and email used at checkout
  • Shipping address
  • Item(s) you want to cancel
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

We’ll confirm by email whether we could cancel or if the order has already moved beyond that point.

After processing begins

  • Address changes, size swaps, or item edits are treated like a cancellation request and are not guaranteed once processing starts.
  • If the order has shipped, we cannot cancel. Please wait for delivery and then contact us for return options.

Refunds for canceled orders

  • If we successfully cancel, we refund the full amount (including any paid shipping charge) to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are returned via the method used at checkout (PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex). Your bank or provider controls when funds appear on your statement.

Orders we may cancel

We may cancel and refund an order on our own if, for example:

  • An item becomes unavailable
  • There is a high risk of payment fraud or an authorization failure
  • The shipping address is incomplete or undeliverable and we cannot reach you

In these cases, we will notify you by email.

Quick tips

  • Submit your request immediately for the best chance of cancellation.
  • Duplicate orders: contact us right away—have both order numbers ready.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages are handled as returns once they make it back to us.
