DMCA Policy

Coremensfashion, operated by JOHN THOMAS YOUNG, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the coremensfashion.shop website (the "Site") that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or as a result of a misidentification, you may provide us with a Counter-Notification.

Requirements for Counter-Notification

Identification of the material removed and its previous location.
Statement under penalty of perjury: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification..."
Consent to Jurisdiction: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located (or, if outside the US, for Anchorage, Alaska)..."
Your name, address, and telephone number, and your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

JOHN THOMAS YOUNG does not tolerate repeat infringement. We maintain a policy for the termination of accounts or access of users found to be repeat infringers.

4. Misrepresentations

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including attorney's fees.
